Flonase Helps You Breathe By 999frights on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I use Flonase to help me breathe because I have nasal pollyps. I have had surgery to have them removed three times and they always grow back. Just prior to my last surgery, the doctor told me his Father-in-law had the worse case of pollyps he had ever seen. Then he looked at my nose and said he was wrong. I had the worse case of nose pollyps he had ever seen.

I've been using Flonase for a long time and it gives me relief. It opens my sinuses. You just spray a couple of pumps into each nostril. I've never had any side effects and it actually smells okay. It is a steroid and does not work immediately, with just one use. It takes a couple of days to go into effect. My wife has also had it perscribed for her when she has had severe colds and after a couple of days, it has been very effective.
