Fluidity: Great program!!!
By ZaniousMelanious onI used to be a ballet dancer, so I've always looked for workouts that mimiced what I used to do as part of my training.When I saw the infomercial for fluidity, I knew that it would be a great workout for me.It has a lot of the same exercizes that I did as a dancer, so I ordered it right away.First off, the bar is sturdy and well made, and supports my body weight well.The DVDs are easy to understand and the instructions are very straightfoward and supportive.However, the informercial claims that you only need to exercise for thirty minutes, twice a week.I have come to learn that you need to use Fluidity at LEAST three to four times a week to achieve results.I also think that it is more beneficial to use a mix of all three of the instructional DVDs for maximum results.

Anyone know where I can get the beginning and advanced DVD's? It ssems that the people I just puchased the bar from don't have them.
