By shelly onWell this has got to be one of the most disgusting diet pills/plans available.They sure make it sound worth trying and give you hopes that you will lose as much as the people on the commericals will.I know they give a warning about how this product works different for everyone.And boy are they right.Its definately in my opinion not worth trying.You would figure that the first couple of weeks would be more rough on the body then the last few weeks but it actually just kind of sneaks up on you most definately when you least expect it.The diet part of it isnt to bad at all.It seems to put you in the "want to eat better" mood.One thing they do tell you is that you should make sure you use the diet in conjunction with the pills, if you dont and you eat whatever you want you might be running to the bathroom more often than usual.
