As a new reader to Luanne Rice, I was defiantly in for a surprise. I'm pretty picky when it comes to what books I read, and will typically stick with just a few authors. After hearing about this author i decided to give her a try.

Following the story line was a little hard at first, but after the first few chapters, the story just starting flowing along. It started about a women who fell in love with two brothers, and she choose the wrong one. She got pregnant with a child and she was born with medical problems. The brother ran to the sea and never looked back. The other brother was a doctor and stood by her side since day one placing all his feelings aside. She would soon figure out, she choose the wrong one.

The way this book was wrote could make you feel as if you were right along with her. You could feel the emoticons running though this book. It was a tear jerker and very hard to put down.

After seeing the way this book was wrote and laid out, I would most defiantly read her again. I might even start being more open to whom i will read and not.
