The Food Chopper by Pampered Chef is one of my favorite kitchen items that I own. I have had it for years and it still functions the same as when I first bought it. I use my Food Chopper for such a variety of things that it is worth every penny that it costs. I chop onions and other veggies, all kinds of nuts, and my favorite thing to use it for is cooked chicken breast. This saves me tons of time when I am making chicken salad or any recipe that calls for chopped or cubed chicken. The Food Chopper allows you to finely chop items or to leave the items in big chuncks. It depends on how many pushes you do on the handle. The blades rotate and thus chopping the items evenly. When finished I just take my Food Chopper apart and place everything in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. I know you will love The Pampered Chef Food Chopper as much as I do!
