Before using my favorite mouthwash, I brush my teeth every after meal - after breakfast, after lunch and after dinner. Every time I use it with every brush, I feel like I'm having a mint candy inside my mouth. It's so cool I feel that toothbrushing is not a must-do everyday, but part of a my regimen.
