Reviewing: Life Fitness Free Weights 5 100 Lbs

I've been going to the gym for about 2 years straight now and have just recently started using free weights. I wish I had known about their benefits when I first started! It could have saved me a whole lot of time. I had been using the machines to work my back, arms, chest and other parts of my body. But after being shown how to use free weights the proper way, I won't ever go back! While using the weights, you're not only building muscle, but you're also gaining strength in your stabilizers. Lifting will increase your metabolism, tone muscles and burn calories too. The weights can range from 5-100 lbs. They're great for working those flabby under arms and even the lower back. I've also done several aerobic classes that incorporated the use of lower free weights to increase the resistance of the workout. So the next time you're at the gym or a fitness store, pick up some free weights and give those old exercises a try. You'll be thankful you did.

Or even getting a membership at a local gym is great too! They have all the equipment you would need. You really will see the change within 2 weeks. Great for toning!

Free weights are always good, but I am wondering what is unique to this brand.

Nothing really unique. Just the brand that is at my gym. You could really go with whatever works for you. I just enjoy the grip and feel of them.

I'm very conscious about my weight and exercise and carefully follow my diet.infact you can say I'm more into dieting than exercising type but I never thought lifting weight is good for fat burning .I thoght it kindda give a manly look with biceps etc.I wanted to maintain my dainty feminine look so never go for any weight lifting thing but aftre going through your review I really wanna try those!!

I use these weights almost everyday at my local gym and they really are great. They have just enough grip so you can hold them without hurting your hands. They are constructed very well and are very durable.
