For Sale is a fun card game where you have two phases. In the first phase, you all start with some money and then you use this money to bid on properties. You turn over three properties and whoever bids the most money gets to pick which property they want. Whoever drops out gets last choice and loses half their bid. The cards are numbered from one to thirty with the nicer houses on the higher numbers. After all the properties have been bid on then the second phase begins. In the second phase players turn over three checks. Then you secretly put down one of the cards numbered one to thirty that you won during the bidding phase. Whoever turns over the highest card gets to pick their check first and the next highest player picks second and so on.

This is a fast paced game. You can play a game in 20-30 minutes. This is not a game you spend all night playing but it is a good filler game.
