Boston America Corp has done it again. I recently spotted this Donkey Kong- Donkey Juice- energy drink at my local Hastings store. I like the can design. I think that Boston America Corp makes the most unique energy drinks for nintendo/ cartoon lovers. What I did not like is that this tasted exactly like the Mario Energy drink (see my other review). Taste wise it is good, kind of citrusy, and very sweet. But there is just nothing unique about this drink other than the can design. You would think that monkeys like banana's so maybe this would have a banana/tropical fruit taste- Wrong. This drink contains lots of taurine, caffeine, inositol, guarana extract, panax ginseng extract, and high fructose corn syrup . I was just dissappointed that this was a Mario knock off drink with a different design. Both of the drinks kind of taste like Red Bull so if you like those you will probably like these. Neither drink gave me an insane energy rush. I am still glad I bought it just to be able to save the can, but I still can not help being dissapointed.
