I am always missing my family in New Jersey. I have filled my house with photos, photo albums, and scrapbooks. This way I will always feel surrounded by them. I was shopping at The Christmas Tree Shop for a picture frame for one of my Yia Yia Marina's photos when I saw a sale on these night lights. I thought it would be good for the kitchen. When I picked it up I realised it was also a picture frame. I really liked this idea so I picked one up for myself and a few for gift bag stuffers.

I like that the fixture has an on off switch, which I haven't seen on too many night lights. I had to trim the picture I used because it caould hold a photo size 3 X 5 (roughly the size of a small index card). Once I had it all set up I was then noticing that it didn't fit in the outlet. I was dissapointed until I saw that you can adjust the frame part so no matter which way you had to turn the plug, your picture could sit upright.

The effect of the light illuminating your favorite picture is really nice. So although they are 7hrs away (driving) my family is still lighting up my life here in New York.
