Ford Escort, good for you?

Having bought this car a few years ago, I can say that I love it.A 98 model, bought with 43,000 miles on it, I have had very little mainainence on it to do.Only things I have had to do to it besides obvious oil changes and fluid was change out the tie rod ends and wheel bearings.Its a very smooth riding car, and excellent gas mileage, which is a huge plus now.Only downside of it was the audio system that was factory, which I soon changed out.Kind of a pain to change too, due to the speaker size, but well worth the time and effort.Very reliable car though, and if you commute to work its an excellent way to get back and forth cheaper.Plus being a 4 door sedan also fits all the people you probably should have in a car.I have definitely held on to this car, now with almost 100,000 on it, and will pass it down to my soon to be wife cause we both think its a great car.
