I love my iPod. I still have the early click wheel (Fourth generation, no color/video), but I love my iPod. It is so great not to have to lug a big thing of CD's with me everywhere I go. I also love being able to downloads podcats about my interests, and make my own playlists. The battery life on my iPod is very good and it is very user-friendly. It also has a long battery life, and is easily recharged. What really entices me to buy an iPod, though, is Apple's customer service. One pair of my white earbuds broke, so as it was under warranty I submitted a claim via their website. I expected them to tell me it wasn't covered, but I got a new pair in the mail within one week.
