Frankenthumb is another Thumb tale. This one is about a scientist named Dr. Frankenthumb who attempts to play God and create his own creature out of parts of various dead thumbs. The result: a horrific monster...named Pepper, who breaks free from his creator and runs amok in the quaint village. But is Pepper really as bad as he seems? Can Frankenthumb get everything under control and return the peaceful village to normal? There's no telling, but you know it's bound to be funny!

Unfortunately, this filmette dips in quality from the previous ones. The humor is much more hit and miss. The characters, however, remain delightfully enjoyable, and you'll even see some cameos from characters in past movies.

Special features continue to improve. We have not only the usual silly cast interviews, but also humorous outtakes. Oh, and we can't forget the obligatory trailers and audio commentary.

Frankenthumb takes a step backwards in the humor department, but a step forward in special features. It's a good enough movie to warrant being in your collection, but don't expect too much.
