The Franklin Soccer Ball is a nice, cheap soccer ball that gets the job done. I've played with this ball on the grass, turf, and sand. It holds up well in all three. I've also played it on wet fields and it still holds up well after a year of playing with it.

This ball has great construction but I recommend checking the stitches when buying one, as you should always do for sports balls. This ball is made from the same material as official soccer balls, something that is hard to achieve with cheap balls since the material can sometimes feel too "soft" or "hard" and may make the ball easier or harder to kick high. This ball seems to get it all right.

Last, this ball comes in a variety of colors so you can always identify yours if you're playing with others. The colors are colorful and vivid.
