Free Phones From Time Warner

Now we all know that sometimes the free things in life aren't the best. Well when I signed up for a 2nd line in my home-Roadrunner/Timewarner said if I installed it myself I would get 2 free phones-one that has a base and one that plugs in /in a different location. This was exactly what I needed as my office space is in our upstairs-but my base had to be downstairs. I wouldn't say these are of the best quality but they are GE and sometimes I think how clear they are has to do with the fact I have another phone set-which has 3 phones, the computers etc making the sound quality not as clear. This phone has Caller ID (as long as you have the service), Intercom, Conferencing, 10 ring tones-5 are sounds while 5 are like music.They are black with green screens-easy on the eyes. I know I saw them at Walmart and I think they were about $60.00. I wouldn't say these are the best-but for free and the fact you get 2 I think it was a good deal-and something I didn't have to pay out of my pocket.
