Freeze dried yogurt is surprisingly good!!!
By xshellyx onI'm always on the lookout for something that my extremely picky toddler will eat but when I saw these on the shelf I was a bit leary. The idea of freeze dried yogurt sounded a bit scary but I chose the strawberry flavor and brought it home. The bites are a bit bigger than the fruit puffs and dried fruit bites but they melt into a creamy delight in your mouth!I was shocked that they taste just like strawberry yogurt and the texture was even creamy!
The price is a little high though. I can buy several containers of regular yogurt for this price but the portability and no-mess factor is a plus.I bought strawberry but they also had peach and mixed berries available. They are 99% real yogurt and fruit and contain live and active cultures. Two thumbs up from my picky eater.

I guess I'm never too old to learn about something new! Or maybe it ISN'T new, and I'm just not paying attention!! lol!
Sometimes portability is worth a little extra!
I was sooo excited about this product I just googled it...but unfortunately, the STRAWBERRY ones have PEACHES in them. And the mixed berry say they are flavored with "natural fruit"...whatever that means. Oh well, chalk it up to yet another snack I CAN'T buy :0( Glad it works for you though:0)
Sounds like a great healthy snack. Thanks for the information.
And two thumbs up from me on this! What an excellent way to give a little one the benefits of yogurt without any fuss. Great concept:)
Anything to get our kids to eat healthy is worth it to me! I'm so glad your little one is enjoying these!
These are so awesome to know about, I didn't realize there was such a thing! They sound great! Thank you!!!
This sounds like a really cool product! I have not looked it up, but if it does not have lots of added sugar it could be a really healthy carry along snack for the little ones.
This is so cool! I like that it has the active cultures too. We will definitly give this a try once the baby is a little older.
