I used this Avon Eye Lifting Serum Eyeshadow last year and I really liked it. The effect of the liquid eyeshadow to my eyelids are really fascinating. When i applied this on my sensitive eyelids, I felt cool, tingling sensation. Not that when you get rashes but that lifting feeling like I am having a mini-eyelid lift happening at that moment.

For an eyeshadow, it is rather costly but the effect it has is quite priceless. This tube of liquid eye lifting serum eyeshadow comes in 10 choices of hues from Golden (yellowish hues), Rose (light pink), Heather (old rose, wine hues), Moonlight (violet tones), Mocha (brownish hues), Sky (light blue tones), Luminiscence (whitish, creamish), Bare (nude tones, flesh hues), Mint (pastel green), and Topaz (mix of the golden and mocha hues). I bought the Heather because I like old rose kind of hues and it compliments my fair skin-tone.

The eyeshadow of Anew has a serum that lifts sagging eyelids and fills ageing lines around the eye area. So that tingling sensation I felt while I was using this eyeshadow was the lifting effect.

The shadow comes in a clear plastic tube with a sponge applicator/cap. I am not familiar with the ingredients as I threw the box. One thing I am sure about this product though, I know it works!
