Fresh Mouthwash

In the last two years, my back teeth have started to crack. When I went to my dentist, I had to have close to eight or nine crowns. Part of my problem with my teeth was caused by the military using the silver amalgamate filings. When the filings became cold or hot, they would expand or contract.

One of the things my doctor told me to do besides brushing and flossing was to use a good mouthwash. Because I have to distill my water (my kidneys cannot take a lot of the chemicals put in the water), my doctor suggested that I use ACT mouthwash. This mouthwash not only kills germs, but also gives my teeth a flouride treatment, which is needed if you distill your water.

And, there are other things that I like about this mouthwash. First, it doesn't have an over-powering tastes and doesn't sting my tongue. Second, it doesn't make me gag. And, third, it keeps my teeth strong with no soft spots. Also, I have less problems with sensitivity.

Keeping my teeth and gums healthy is very important for one with my disease. It keeps my mouth from getting infected. With my immune system suppressed, these are all good things.
