Frigidaire WasherDryer Laundry Center

For years, we had the standard side by side washer and dryer. This Frigidaire upright laundry center is SUCH a space saver!!
I love that I don't have to constantly bend over to empty out the dryer...it's right at eye level now!!
The washer cleans unbelievably well! I had a pair of curtains that had a dark blue stain at the bottom, and my old washer could never get rid of it. One wash in this washer and the stain was GONE. I never thought washers could be so different from each other, but they really are!
The dryer is also great! It has multiple settings based on what you are drying and even gives the option of low heat or high heat. My only negative comment about the dryer is about the lint trap. The trap itself is great and easy to clean, but it tends to get a little dirty around the edges. I usually have to wipe the front of the dryer off before I start taking out clothes b/c there are sometimes stray lint pieces on the front of the dryer.
Considering the ease of use and the quality I get, wiping the dryer on occasion doesn't bother me at ALL! This is definitely a winner in my book!!
I'm always had side by side. But boy would it be nice to not have to bend over for the dryer. Of course, I'm so short I probably couldn't see to get stuff out of the dryer without a step stool in yours...maybe I'll stick to the side by side ones :0)
Is this a full sized washer and dryer or a compact size? If it is full sized it sounds like it is a really good price.
This sounds really nice, I have the same question though, is it full size. I would love something like this to save space but need a full size washer and dryer. Thanks

I've seen these and want one so bad. I hate bending down to get the laundry out of the dryer.
I like the stackable laundry centers for certain situations-one being space. If these are full sized units then they really are great to use. The smaller ones though are just a pain to deal with. My mother had a smaller one. It took her half a day to do her laundry.
I love that the dryer is at eye level-that would save on many a backache!!!
I have seen some other pretty good reviews out there for the Frigidaire stacked front loading washer dryer combo. Most people that have them seem to be quite pleased with them. I am glad to see that you're enjoying yours as well. I am thinking of purchasing something quite similar myself.
