Fudge Graham Cookies By Interbake Foods By Karen on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I've tried Fudge Graham Cookies by Interbake Foods for the first time. They aren't bad for $1.00. These cookies are graham crackers covered with a thin coating of fudge. My husband puts them in the freezer, yes, the freezer, and they taste pretty good that way. Chilled but not so hard that you have to let them thaw.

One cookie has 110 calories, 5 grams of total fat, 0 mg of cholesterol, 75 mg of sodium, 16 grams of total carbohydrate, and 7 grams of sugars.

This is the first time I've had these cookies, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, they might not be my favorite of all cookies, but for an inexpensive treat, they really aren't bad. And they do taste even better when they're chilled, which is the way my husband likes to eat them.

I will probably get these cookies again, maybe not on a regular basis, but every once in a while when I want something a little different. And for just $1.00 for a 13 oz pack, they are actually a good deal.
