After a couple years of practicing pilates and taking classes, I decided that I wanted to get my own pilates mat so I wouldn't have to keep borrowing the ones provided at the gym/classes/etc. I also wanted to be able to do it own my own...outside, when I'm traveling, etc. So I did a bunch of research and I especially wanted a mat that was eco-friendly, cute and easy to store. I finally found this mat on amazon and thought why not try it out? So, I did and I'm so relieved that I tried it out. This mat is totally unique because it has the poses illustrated on the face of the mat...it also says how long to hold each pose and what not. Also, one of my friends wanted to try it out and she loved it also because she didn't have to go through the hassle of looking at her pilates instruction book while she went through her workout as she was a beginner. You also save a lot of money because you don't have to waste it on gyms, pilates/yoga studios, or instructional videos anymore. To wrap this up, I definitely recommend that everyone tries this out! I also noticed on amazon that they(G2 fitness) make other mats for yoga, maternity stretches, golf stretches, back stretch mats, general stretch mats as well. These mats also have the illustrations for said exercises printed on the face. Try them out!

From the pictures, the mats appears very attractive. I wish to know more and more information about this pilates mat. The informations are limited but I could arrive at a conclusion that these mats are used for exercising and specially those of stretching exercises and yoga. Thanks for sharing something unique to me.
