Galaxy 16 inch oscillating fans are very handy and convenient. When I needed a new fan I went to Wal-Mart because every fan I have ever bought there has lasted for years. I'm needed one that would tilt upwards and downwards because I use them not only for cooling and saving on energy bill but also to help dry floors and walls. I looked around and finally found a oscillating stand fan made by Galaxy.
Some of the features are:
--It is a 16 inch oscillating fan.
--The fan portion tilts upwards and then back down level. It really does not point down at the floor. It's still pretty effective because it is fully adjustable so that it sits as low as 2 feet off the ground to about 4 1/2 feet off the ground. Its very easy to adjust. It involves just a turn of a ring that is around the stand.
--It has three speeds.
--It is easy to put together without tools.
I really like this fan. Its light weight so its easy to move around and it was fairly inexpensive.
