I love this thing. I was a bit skeptical at first. Here is my story. I am married with 3 kids and a dog. I spend some time in the garage from time to time. I have all of my expensive to not so expensive tools in my garage. I guess the level of expensive is calculated to it's usefulness at any given time of need. But my kids always leave the garage door open and that jeopadaizes the security of my entire home. You know the bigges door of your house is the garage. So I purchased one of those thing that lets you know when the door is open....on problem the door is still open. So I came upon this Garage Butler ad. So I decided to give it a shot. I am extremely pleased with it. If you leave the door open, you can program it to close within 3,10,30 or 60mins. I leave mine on 10minutes to close. But it won't interfere with the normal saftey stuff on your garage door opener. I hooked up everything in about a hour. It also has a light sensor to close the door when it gets dark in your garage so you won't go to bed with it up all night. Criminals love that. Just cut down that opportunity for crooks!!!
