This is a very versatile tool to have. When turned with the pad at the bottom, it is easy to kneel down on the bench while giving your knees some cushioning. When you are ready to get up, just take hold of the sides and lift yourself up. If you want to sit, just flip the bench upside down. It then becomes a bench seat. It's two very valuable and useful tools in one.

I gave one to my husband because he has knee pain. He loved it. He not only uses it for gardening, but uses the bench when he's washing our vehicles and polishing his motorcycle. He can sit and wash and dry the lower part of the vehicles without having to bend or squat. It's really been great for him.

My stepmother also received one from me and she too loves hers too. She's in her 70s and it's hard to get up and down and especially to feel secure as she's rising. This kneeler bench gives her comfort and security.
