Garmin Streetpilot C330 Gps Receiver By allie63078 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I love love love this GPS. My husband & I bought it so that we could use it on our upcoming trip to Disney World. As soon as we got it, we opened it up, plugged it in to our cigarette lighter in our car and set a destination for the closest Blockbuster.
Setting the GPS up was very simple and the screen choices are not only easy to follow and understand, but it's also easy to see, even in the bright sunlight. There is a nice big screen with a touch pad that you use to select your choices.
You choose to either put in an address, or you can look through the vast list of choices and categories that are already included on the GPS.
Every so often, you can go online and download the newest softward for the GPS using the included USB cables.
Great product, easy to use and good value for your money. This GPS doesn't have a ton of bells and whistles that the more expensive ones may have, but for the beginner and basic traveler, it's a great option.

I have this model as well and you're right that it is effective. Thanks for reminding me to update using the USB.
I have heard a lot of good things about the Gamin products. I am glad to hear that the screen is easy to see, even with a glare. That is a very important detail that is often not known until it happens! I am glad that you included the detail for us.
My dad wants a GPS so badly but I can't justify spending a lot of money. This one sounds pretty reasonable.
This sounds really simple, and it's good to know that you can read the screen in the sunlight. Thanks!
Great detail about the product! A large screen that is easy to use is always essential when it comes to any small electronic gadget.
This is what we got my Dad as a gift after he bugged us all to death wanting one. He loves his.
Have fun on your trip! This is a great product to have if you travel by car alot. I would love to have had one of these when I traveled by car to see my daughter in her new home. I kept going on a road that I should have turned off of. This would have saved me the embarrassment of getting lost!
This sounds like a great starter to join in on all this new technoligies these days
