Garnier Fructis Length Strength, is so so

Since I've gotten older I've noticed that I have a bit more breakage in my hair and it's not as full as it use to be. So I figured it was time to scout out new shampoos to try to give my hair a healthy boost. So when I read the bottle of Garier Fructis Length & Strength Formula, it sounded prefect. It claimed to have anti-breakage technology with Active fruit concentrate, which include vitamins B and B6. Which sounded very good! Also It claimed to reinforce the hair strength, help "hard to grow" hair and make hair smoother, stronger, reducing split ends and breakage. Well I gave it a go and tried this for quite some time and I couldn't tell any difference. I still had the same amount of breakage, it wasn't smoother or stronger. I didn't see any change. Even though this one is a very affordable shampoo and has a great smell, if I were you, I would pass it up if you are looking for the benefits I did.
I use the colour protectant garnier fructis shampoo and love it. It lathers well and smooths down my dry hair, even without conditioner. I think most major product lines havr a few duds in their repertoire. This sounds like one.
I totally agree with you on Garnier Fructis and all Garnier Fructis line. I used several of their products & it dried out my scalp & itched. Too much fragrance & additives. Give Aveeno a shot. I use it. There are about three different types: You might want to try Nourish & Moisturize (Aveeno). I think you will really like this brand. The best I've tried so far.

I really don't care for the fructis shampoo and conditioners, but I do like their Long and Strong serum.
