I just tried Garnier Nutrisse for the first time. I bought it at the recommendation of a friend. It was cheaper than my usual brand of hair color and to be honest, when it comes to beauty products I worry about cheaper prices meaning lesser quality. I was wrong on this one. The hair color is actually a creamy mixture that is great beacause you don't need to worry about it dripping down your head and face. It also comes with a little packet of fruit oil which you mix in with the other parts. This is a really awesome feature because it makes the hair dye smell bearable. I hate having to wait around for 20-30 minutes with stinky hair color on my head! I think the fruit oil is supposed to be good for your hair too. The other nice thing was that it didn't burn my scalp at all. I've used other brands that just seemed so harsh and they actually burned my scalp. The color looks good in my opinion and definitely covered the small amount of gray that I had. a friend of mine actually said it looked like I had highlights which is nice because I don't like a solid color. I'd rather have some differnet shades. I will definately keep buying this product.

I hate that peroxide scent, too, that other hair dyes give you. I haven't dyed my hair since I was a teenager, but have thought of going a little lighter lately. Maybe I'll give it a try!
