By kateri27 onWhen I bought my first home in 2001 I used Gateway Title.As everyone knows buying a home can be scary, and as a single women purchasing her first home I was overwhelmed. I needed to find a title company that understood my needs and would basically hold my hand through this HUGE purchase.
Gateway title had areputation for being the For Sale By Owner kings. I did not by a FSBO, but I knew of there quality products and services from their television spots.I felt like they had a family feel to their organization, and I felt like they were not only knowledgable about the title industry.They talked to me about my home purchase without talking down to me.I felt confident and secure in what I was doing.
I was very pleased with my choice of using Gateway Title and would recommend them to anyone!
