The General Electric Cool Touch electric skillet is a great product. I have been using mine for a long time. It is teflon coated and easy to clean. It has a thermostat. Its very easy to use. It is large and will cook an entire meal. I have cooked many roasts, full dinners with meats and vegetables. It has a lid with steam vents. It is just very easy to control the temperature. The food gets cooked evenly and comes out just right, every, single time. This is the easiest small appliance to clean, that I have ever seen! I like the way it cooks because the heat is evenly distributed. I needed something that would work cooking for company and larger groups of people. I am able to cook for five to ten people with this. I really like reducing all the extra pots and pans to clean. It is also nice not to have be watching several different pots when cooking. I do recommend this product, it makes cooking and cleaning up much easier.
