Reviewing: General Electric 25833ge3 A
Purchased at: Walmart     Price: $50.00 USD

This phone has nice audio as folks sound clear when I am talking to them on it. However I cannot recommend one for purchase because you can lose the person you are talking to now and then. All of a sudden the phone will disconnect the person you are speaking with and go into a search mode for a frequency. It has done this enough times to be very frustrating for the user. There are times it works extremely well for a long stretch and then the problem starts up again. I have had to go inside the phone and disconnect the battery to reset the phone so it works properly. This phone operates on 5.8 ghz. It does have a speaker phone feature that works pretty well. It has a clip on the back of the phone so you can hook it to the side of you if you are walking around outside or to various locations in the house. General Electric did not do a very good job at all on this phone as I have found it a real nuisance at times so I cannot give my approval for purchase of this product.

My cordless phones are from Uniden, never had any problems, and the battery has lasted 5 years!! I drop it all the time and it still works great. Just stay far away from VTech! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!
