GE SpacemakerXL Microwave Oven

A GE SpacemakerXL microwave oven very much like this one came with my last house.So when selecting appliances for my new home, I decided to go with the tried and the true.

The GE SpacemakerXL model JVM1430 has a lot of excellent features, such as a popcorn button, a beverage button, reheat and defrost buttons, a delay start function, time cook, and one-button express cook functions up to six minutes.There are reusable grease filters on the underside of the oven, as well as a cooktop light with two settings; one for day and one for night.The glass turntable inside is very large and spacious.The vent fan takes a charcoal filter and can be run when things in the kitchen begin to smoke.

I have never had a moment's trouble with my oven.My only real complaint is that it didn't come with the charcoal filter.I called the store to see if they could give me one, and the saleslady who serviced my order said she was going to charge me for it.I was furious, of course, after all I'd paid and just never got around to getting the filter.Still, there are several functions which I don't use, so that's not such a bad thing.Overall, I am very happy with the oven and my only complaints are about Conn's poor quality customer service.
