We switched to Geico auto insurance and have been very happy with them so far. We really enjoy having a full-service website to use so that we don't have to sit on hold on the phone every time we need to make a change to our policy. The website is easy to use and easy to navigate. It is super easy to make a change to your policy online, or just look at different situations that could affect your policy, like adding a new vehicle. The rates are also excellent. Our rates have went down every time our policy has renewed. We have not needed to make a claim yet, so I cannot say how the claim service is, but I am confident that it will be fine. They offer a really good selection of coverages and deductibles so that there is something for every budget and circumstance. I would definitely recommend Geico to anyone looking for affordable auto insurance.
