I have had GEICO Automobile Insurance for over 14 years. A time or two, I thought about comparing the premiums with another company but really haven't found a better deal.
There are a few things that I appreciate about GEICO. First off, their premiums are comparable with the market.
I have had my fair share of fender benders, some my fault and some not but none of these incidents caused my rates to increase. When dealing with the claims, they were always friendly, helpful and proactive. They were as concerned as I was about getting the claims resolved.
They offer monthly, semi-annual and yearly payments.
Their customer service is always superior. I have called the any hour of the day and always get the most professional help. I can't say this for any other company that I've had to work with.
I'm confident I'll continue to be a customer for life!

Just reading this amazed me. I don't care what the big 5 company's claim, they usually find a way to increase your rates, whether a fender bender was your fault or not. It sounds like Geico has come a very long way in positioning itself as a major market contender.
Yes, I've saved a bunch of money by switching to Geico. My friends always joke about that when the commercial comes on and I have to say it's TRUE!

Good to know that your rates didn't go up after minor fender benders. I still have yet to check them out but everyone seems pleased with them. I just might have to do that!
