Gel Wrist Pad By Tink on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
If you use your computer as much as I do, you really need to invest in this product. It's a gel wrist pad that goes completely across the length of your keyboard. I love it so much. My slide out drawer for my keyboard on my computer desk had a hard black plastic wrist rest. After just an hour of computer work, my hands were hurting and my wrists are aching. I took off the hard plastic bar that was screwed into the pull out drawer and tossed it in the garbage. I replaced it with this awesome product. I can type for hours (and sometimes I do!) without any discomfort at all.
I didn't have to attach it to the slide out drawer with anything special. I thought maybe I would have trouble with it sliding around since it wasn't screwed in or glued on. Nope, not at all. The bottom of the gel wrist pad is a flexible gel. It sticks to the wood drawer and never budges. The top of the gel pad has a soft, smooth cover. It's black and matches my keyboard perfectly. After all matching accessories is all important to me!
Even though the picture is showing it as a blue pad, the one that came inside the package was black. Weird huh? It's firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, a really good quality product. It's very different from the usual gel pads because of the covering. Your wrists aren't going to stick to it. You can freely move your hands around side to side and up and down to use the keyboard without feeling like you are super glued to the gel pad.
Think of all the fun you can have typing new reviews with this product. Believe me when I tell you.....this is something you need to buy!
