I went looking for a desk for my basement, where my computer is set up. I went to Staples and found a desk that I liked. The Z-Line Gemini L-Desk is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a desk that would fit in the corner, as well as a desk with alot of open space. Unlike alot of conventional computer desks this one was the one for me. And at the price of $89.99, it was a steal. What I like about it, is the open space, reminds me of a studio apartment. I have multiple computers and monitors and this one just works great. There is a upper shelf which I put my scanner on...and below it you have a ton of space for everything! I have 2 monitors and a scanner, three keyboards and misc all over this and it still works out with plenty of space left to spare.
There is also a under the desk keyboard slide out which has plenty of room for the keyboard and the mouse that you use. This desk comes in two different colors, maple/black, or cherry. I have the maple/black and it is a very attractive desk.
My only problems so far is that the slide out keyboard slide, became a problem when it was bent once, but Z-Line replaced it without a problem. And be careful when you have tape etc around the desk. I placed a piece of tape on it while wrapping presents and when I pulled up on it, it took some of the top finish off with it. But other than that I couldn't be happier!

I like Staples and this was a winner for the price. I don't know where you put your computer tower but in the picture it's sitting on the floor. I would need to find a place on the desk for mine. Great looking and lots of wide open space to keep things looking uncluttered!

this looks like a very nice desk for a young stundent or someone that just needs a inexpensive desk. I love Staples and which they would open one up in my town
Staples seems to have quite a few nice office furniture sets. I've been eyeballing one since last fall.

Sounds cheap. Even at kmart they can be alot more expensive. Reminds me how I need a new computer desk...
