General Electric Easy Cam By Carly on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I bought this webcam at Target for $20 and WOW was I surprised! I was looking for a simple camera to make short videos, but i was nervous that the quality would hardly be acceptable. I was plesently surprised at the great quality of the videos taken by this camera. It is extremely easy to set up and use. I would estimate that I set up the camera and took my first video in about 15 minutes. It comes with a CD that allows you to install the necessary drivers and two different editing software programs- Video Impression and Photo Impression. Both of these programs are also very user-friendly and I had no trouble figuring out how to work them. It comes with a little stand which I place on a shelf in front of my desk. I mostly use this camera to make video reviews and to video chat with my friends and family who live far away. I love being able to see my friends that I havent seen in so long while we have a conversation. I would recommend this webcam to anyone who wants a simple camera to make videos or videochat. It is definatly not a high-end camera, but for $20 it is definatly worth it!
