Our family has had this family size electric cooking grill for two years and everyone in the house likes it. I especially like the way it eliminates fats and drops them off into a drip tray very nicely. We have cooked vegetables, steaks, hamburgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, fish, chicken all very effectively. My girlfriend adds she has cooked chicken even from frozen and it did the job just fine. The grill cooks the food on both sides at once and this tends to make cooking speed on the fast side which is great. We did try bacon in it one time but bacon tends to be too thin to come out the way we like it. The grill is very well made and a good deal for 30 dollars in my opinion. The only downside is that it can be a bit difficult to clean at times especially if you use sauces or marinades on your meats. A nice item to have on hand in the kitchen.
