I like George men's socks for their good quality and comfortable wear. They are conveniently sold in packs of five, under $10 each, and you can choose between all black or assorted colors (black, brown, gray). I prefer black, which I wear with black jeans or slacks. George is careful with sizing: the socks do stretch some, but they are not one-size-fits-all. Socks for sizes 6-12 1/2 and sizes 13-15 are sold separately. I have larger feet, so I buy the latter.
As I have already said, the socks are very comfortable. They are soft, light, and well-fitting. My feet never get hot and sweaty in them. The fabric is made of cotton, spandex, and nylon; I believe cotton provides good ventilation while nylon and spandex add some stretch. Even though I am not interested in assorted colors at the moment, I appreciate the choice. It is good to know that if I buy a pair of brown slacks, I can easily get these socks from a trusted brand to match. Good job George!

my husband also wears these brand of socks. We have never had a problem with them
I also wear socks from Wal-Mart (different brand) and have found them to be surprisingly good.
Iam not fond of wearing socks.these sounds like one worth trying.
I will have to check these out as my sons and hubby wear the larger sizes and they are often difficult to find, thanks for the information.
I buy these for my husband but steal them from him when I wear dress slacks :P
