Fruit snacks in general are hard to chew. I always hated giving them to my oldenst daughter when she was little for fear she would choke on them. Then when I had my second child I had even more reason to be concerned. She was born with Angelman Syndrome and feeding is always an issue. I had no hopes of her ever being able to enjoy a fruit snack. Then I discovered Gerber Graduates fruit snacks.
After I made my first purchase, I gave the snacks a try for myself. I was pleasantly surprised how well these snacks dissolved in my mouth. They required minimal chewing skills. I gave them to my daughter and she is now addicted to them. There isn't a flavor that she doesn't like. Whenever she sees the box, she goes crazy.
Finding these snacks has truly been a lifesavor for me and my daughter. I now have something I can give my daughter at snack time that doesn't require excessive preparation. In the end, these snacks have saved me precious time, and given my daughter a chance to eat something that looks just like the stuff her big sister eats.
I highly recommend these fruit snacks over all others for toddlers, or any child that has a problem with chewing.

Wow, I remember when my daughter was a baby and the Graduates line first came out...they really have come a long way in offering different types of food items for toddlers!
Has anyone noticed that the first two ingredients on these are Corn Syrup and Sugar?
