I started taking this vitamin and very pleased with the results. I feel that it is making my immune system stronger. The company has a toll free number available on weekdays. I have not found any vitamin that has produced the results like Geritol complete has. I was feeling somewhat fatigued and after taking this vitamin, began to feel stronger. I would not switch. There is no starch and no artificial sweetners. The product does recommend taking with meals or right afterwards. I feel this a very good value for a forty count tablet bottle. If you feel that you may want a vitamin that is also multi, mineral this may be just what you are looking for. This is a high potency multi vitamin plus. I have tried many vitamins in search of the best one and this topped them all.
