Get Teeth Hard As Nails With Pro Namel By Demon_Buttercup on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I have those super sensitive teeth that just scream at me if I do something to irritate them. Or should I say, I used to have those teeth?
I've been brushing with Sensodyne Pro-Namel toothpaste for just over 6 months now and my tooth sensitivity has just about vanished. Pro-namel works to harden your teeth's enamel and protects against the effects of acid wear. Acid wear is what makes my teeth so sensitive - I really like my diet cherry cola!
I do want to say that while I have been using Pro-namel for an extended period of time, the packaging does state that you shouldn't use if for longer than 4 weeks unless recommended by a dentist. My dentist recommended it to me - it sure beats the alternative, which was a twice weekly flouride treatment I did at home with a horrid tasting gel.
Overall, I really like this toothpaste. The flavor is good, not great, but good. The tube is well made and stands on the cap - which goes on easily. I think they need to eliminate the cardboard box it comes in as that is just wasteful packaging. Otherwise for just under $5 I couldn't ask for a better helper for my teeth.

I had a sample tube of this toothpaste, and while I think it worked well, the taste did leave something to be desired.
Sensodyne products do work and work wrll overall. Which makes up for the flavour of the toothpaste itself. People with acid reflux will really benefit by using pronamel to help stop the erosion caused by excess acidity.
This might be worth looking into because I have sensitive teeth too!
I have sensitive teeth as well. I should try this.
My sensitivity seems more seasonal than anything else but I'll try this if I see it at the store
