This is a campy, with bits of adult humor, animated series that is hilarious! The voice cast of The Oblongs includes, Will Ferrell, Jean Smart, and Billy West and is set in the poor radiated and polluted part of town "The Valley" where The Oblong family live. Along with the other strange inhabitants, they almost resemble a modern nuclear age Adams Family! Needless to say, they are far from the rich people that live up on "The Hill" who do everything they can to avoid "The Valley" people. So yes, this is weird, unusual,and humor on the strange side, but if you love that sort of stuff, you'll love this. Even though there was only thirteen episodes aired, it was enough to make this series one of my favs! It currently airs in reruns late night on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim if you'd like to catch it!
