We have a Ranch Hand Grill Guard and Heavy Duty Bumper installed on our F250 truck. If you live in Texas, just about every truck you see has a set up like this. I've even seen the grill guards installed on small cars. They are installed on most police and state trooper vehicles.
The Ranch Hand Grill Guard is designed to protect your grill from impact. These are mounted to the frame so they are tough and minor impact resistant. Now, mind you, these are not going to protect your vehicle if you pound it into a Mac truck head on, but it will protect the grill should you encounter a deer or a minor collision.
The Ranch Hand Heavy Duty Bumper is perfect for towing. Again, the bumper is mounted to the frame. It is solid and eliminates the need for a receiver tow hitch, or the like, if you're towing heavy equipment or basic recreational toys.
Our only complaint with our set up it the finish has not held up, as it should. We're getting rust and peeling on both the bumper and grill. However, we do love the look and the amount of style it gives our truck.
Pricing varies with the size and set-up you're looking for. The grill on our truck was $700. I can't remember the cost for the rear bumper.
