Gillette Fusion Power Battery Powered Razor By adadsview on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I thought I would try this battery powered razor when it came out. It was very expensive at $13. I was dreading buying the replacement blades, but I thought I would give it a try. I have never cut my face so many times while I'm shaving in my life. I thought maybe I had applied too much pressure so I waited a couple of days and tried again. Even with a slight hand I had the same results. The commercial shows these guys shaving really quickly. I'm here to tell you they would cut a layer of skin off if they really were doing that. The moisturizing strip even peeled off after only two uses. The only good thing about this razor is the blades have a straight edge on the back and I could use that to get a close shave for sideburns. I threw this thing away. Everytime I see a commercial I kick myself for wasting the $13 on it in the first place.
