Gilligan's Island is a funny sitcom about a group of people taking a three hour boat tour and ending up stranded on a deserted island when a storm hits them. It isn't one of my favorite sitcoms, but I do enjoy watching it, and my husband and brother-in-law especially get a kick out of it.

The second season consists of 32 episodes, in color. We get to see Gilligan and the Skipper, along with the filthy rich Howells, glamorous Ginger, girl next door Mary Ann and the brilliant Professor, as they go through all of their crazy adventures on the island. Their one wish is to get off of the island, and sometimes they come very close, but never quite make it.

The comedy series stars Bob Denver, Alan Hale, Jim Backus, Natalie Schaefer, Tina Louise, Russell Johnson and Dawn Wells. There are also some special features, such as a season introduction by Russell Johnson and the creator/producer of the show, Sherwood Schwartz, and a commentary on one of the Episodes.

There are a total of 811 minutes of viewing enjoyment in this second season. If you are a Gilligan's Island fan, Season 2 is definitely for you.
