Girls Next Door workout
By Brittany Reyes onI love the show Girls Next Door, which features the girlfriends of Hugh Hefner.They have recently made their own workout DVD.In the DVD the three girls have their own version of the workouts that they like to do.What I really like about this video is that the workouts are simple, quick but at the same time, I know that I am doing something for myself.Holly does the most simply workout which is about 15 minutes and focuses on abs, legs and arms.Kendra does a cardio workout, which I need a lot of room to do this one, so I really dont care much for hers because a jump rope and space is needed.And last but not least is Bridget, hers in the boot camp of the video and it really great for legs a lot of squats Overall the video is easy and quick when I dont have a lot of time to workout.I recommend getting this workout if you are looking for something different!
