Give Your Wrists A Rest By Sparkle333 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Awhile back, I started experiencing some numbness in my right hand. Since I am a freelance writer, I spend lots of time at my computer. My doctor said that I probably had carpal tunnel. Sometimes it would be so bad, that I would have to wear a wrist support brace, in order to sleep.

But one of the greatest discoveries for me, was finding this Fellowes Crystals Gel Wrist Rest and Mouse Pad. It seems to hold my wrist in just the right position--straight, without an awkward bending up or down. The extra support is wonderful, and it has helped with the carpal tunnel quite a bit. I love the softness of the Gel Pad, and I have just about worn this one out. It is easily cleaned with a damp cloth, and the mouse area is quite large, with lots of room to move in any direction. It has a non-skid bottom, that keeps it from slipping around on my desk.

My old one was purple, but I have just purchased a beautiful blue one. I will never be without the added cushioning and support, that this ergonomically designed Fellowes Gel Wrist Rest and Mouse Pad provides.

These are really helpful in easing that deep ache from overstressing your wrist joints.

I understand your pain, and I might have to get one of those wrist rests. A manicurist friend of mine uses one for herself and one for her client. She swears by them.
