Glide To A Great Body By reneecancun02 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We bought the Tony Little Gazelle Edge to add to our workout equipment at home. We were getting bored of the regular treadmill and wanted something a little different. We didn't have a whole lot of money to spare so we found this little piece and decided to give it a shot.

The Gazelle is a glider. You stand on two foot pieces that swing back and forth with your hands on the top handles pushing and pulling. It has a monitor that monitors the time you've been on the equipment, # of calories burned, and how far you've gone. It also came with a DVD demonstrating some of the different ways to use the machine.

My husband and I have been using it faithfully for about a month. We will use it approximately 35 minutes 4 times a week. My husband has lost inches in his waist. I've lost inches in my thighs, hips and waist not to mention the 5 pounds that I've lost.

The only problem that I've had is my feet tend to slip on the foot stands, but I've not fallen off, yet.

We feel this equipment is a very good product for the price.

Sounds like a good piece of equipment for the price and it seems to be doing the trick, thanks for sharing.

I tried this equipment for a while. I liked it pretty good, but it was really big & while it did fold up, it still took up a lot of space. I think if I had actually used it more, I'd have gotten more out of it. I wish now though I hadn't sold mine.

My mom gave me the Gazelle and I love it! For me the best thing about it is that you can work out your entire body without any impact to your knees and ankles. Excellent product!

The Gazelle looks like a great way to get a very low impact workout. Thanks for sharing!

I have my daughter's Gazelle, but not the manual/instructions for the edge, does anyone know where i can get the information i need to get the best use out of it? It is also squeaking terribly, but I am afraid to use WD40 until I am sue it is ok to do so.
