Glucosamine 750 Chondroitin 600
By Lindy Smith onIve had trouble with my knees since I was about sixteen due to the combination of an unexpected growth spurt and years of playing sports on concrete. I had resigned myself to just dealing with the constant pain of everyday activities such as climbing stairs. Id been to a few doctors who told me there was nothing structurally wrong with me despite my lamentations. In 2005, my right patellar tendon snapped and after surgery, my dad recommended I begin taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin to aid the healing process. I was skeptical at first because I dont like taking any kind of medications at all. I decided to give it a try and was really pleased with the results. Not only did it help with my recovering knee, it also eased the pain from my non-surgically repaired knee. It became part of my daily routine to take two pills in the morning and I havent had any more pain doing normal activities. I don't really taste them because I swallow them, but they taste kind of fruity. I have since had my other patellar tendon repaired and am still taking my Glucosamine and Chondroitin every morning. I havent had any of the same tendon pain or any pain in my joints and highly recommend it to anyone whos had any pain due to impact on joints. A three month supply from GNC was only $35 and well worth every penny. I dont have to live with joint pain anymore and neither should you!!

My doctor recommended this to me a few years ago, works very well when I remember to take it :) Thanks for the info!
nice article Darth. I take something similar called move free. It has those same ingredients plus more. I had a tennis injury a few years ago and boy did it help my recovery and functioning in everyday life. I am amazed how many folks probably don't believe that stuff helps but it sure does. Hope we can be friends. Take care. JOEY
