General Nutrition Corporation's 100% Whey Protein is easily one of my favorite protein supplements on the market. When coupled up with the Gold Card discount and the seemingly ever present sale of buy one get one half off, the price of the protein is easily one of the cheapest available. Also, when purchasing in bulk, the price is cut down even further. It is also a very effective supplement. The carbohydrate and fat count is minimal and the protein is packed full of branched amino acids. The protein mixes very easily with water or milk. The only area that the protein struggles with is in the taste department. I personally can't stand anything but the chocolate favor. GNC tries to make up for this by offering a variety of flavors, but if you want to buy bulk, only the most basic of flavors are offered. Overall, this is a great product and is my favorite protein on the market.
